Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for sports? Join our team as a Team Stores Account Manager. While our foundation is rooted in soccer, we're seeking individuals with diverse sports backgrounds to support our sales team. As a Team Stores Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences, managing order entries, and meticulously attending to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Care: Provide unparalleled customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
- Order Entry Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review orders, verifying specifications, quantities, and other crucial information to maintain precision in order fulfillment.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts by ensuring a seamless order process and providing vital information for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product lines, allowing you to assist customers with their inquiries and needs effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Swiftly address and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
- Engage with Customers: Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery times, and any relevant information.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including production and logistics, to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

What is TinyTykes?
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy?
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 - 18 years old.
